Yoga Boot Camp is an energetic workout that will take your fitness to a whole new level! This fun, vigorous class uses yoga techniques mixed with traditional fitness exercises to jump-start your metabolism, gain strength and endurance, lose weight and tone muscle. Come on out, sweat. stretch and strengthen!
Leah has been a serious Yoga and Pilates practitioner for years. After a shoulder injury she started practicing Barre, fell in love and decided to become a Barre instructor. She is also a certified Raw Food Detox counselor and leads 30 Day Group and one on one Supported Detox. She is presently studying for her clinical nutritionist certificate.
