Wednesday Pilates (David) 10:00am - 11:00am Pilates "Ball" (David) 6:00pm -7:00pm
Sunday - Starting August 4th
Vinyasa (Dafna) 7:00am - 8:00am
Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and walk to the outdoor area where class will be held.
